The AMF’s General Regulations require investment service providers and financial investment advisors to verify that individuals performing certain functions under their authority or on their behalf possess a minimum level of knowledge in 12 areas related to the regulatory and ethical environment and financial techniques.
Verification of this minimum level of knowledge may be conducted through the AMF exam, which may be taken at organizations duly certified by the AMF and that must meet the criteria set forth in AMF Instruction No. 2010-09.

Regulation Partners offers training tailored to your needs and preparation for the AMF exam on professional knowledge for market participants.
